Atacama – Glimpses of the driest desert on the planet.

One of the last adventures I was lucky to embark on in 2016 was, to say the least, otherworldly. During the week preceding Christmas, my family and I explored the Atacama desert, in Chile. The landscapes we encountered are like no other I’ve ever seen, and so I tried to get my eyes back on the camera’s lens every now and again to try and share some of what I was seeing with you. Hard as it may be to grasp those seemingly endless landscapes into a limited visual frame, here are some snippets of that week in video diary format.

Cheers! (With pisco sour, preferably).

  1. So nice! both the place and the film shots! loved the colors, the light blue sky, the super white of the sand,… and the nature that seem to overwhelm some areas of the desert despite the impenetrable and unlivable nature of the place!

PUF! and after 3 minutes, I can almost say I was there:)
